By accessing or using TanSweep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

TanSweep provides AI-powered tools for email organization and triage. By using the service, you grant us permission to act on your behalf within your Gmail account to categorize emails, move messages to the trash, and create automated filters.

3. Usage Limits & Reset

Free accounts are subject to a daily "Sweep" limit to ensure system stability. This limit resets every 24 hours at midnight. Attempts to bypass these limits or manipulate the daily counter may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. While TanSweep uses AI logic to categorize mail, final discretion regarding the deletion or filtering of emails lies with the user.

Note: TanSweep is not liable for the accidental deletion of important messages. We provide a "Keep" category to help protect essential data, but users should review "trash" actions before they are permanent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TanSweep is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI categorization. You acknowledge that specialized logic, such as cleaning "stale" emails (older than 10 days), is performed based on AI inference.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TanSweep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
