TanSweep is built by indie hackers, for indie hackers. We value your privacy and security above all else. This policy outlines how we handle your Gmail data.

The Gmail Data Promise

We do NOT store your emails. Content is processed in memory and purged immediately.
Zero Training. Your data is never used to train LLMs or AI models.
Limited Use. We only access what is necessary to categorize and clean your inbox.

Google Scopes & Usage

We request the following permissions via Google OAuth:

gmail.modify

Used to read snippets for triage and move unwanted mail to the trash.

gmail.settings.basic

Used to create permanent filters for senders you choose to "Sweep" permanently.

Data we store

We only store your email address and daily usage count in our Supabase database to manage account limits and subscriptions.
